Jason Wu for target and broke college students
Yesterday, Jason Wu’s Collection for Target hit the stores. If you are not familiar with his work, you are probably wondering who Jason Wu is and why should you even care that he made a line for target. If by the way you are wondering that then you should probably just keep it to yourself because it’s embarrassing. Everyone should know who he is. But just to give you a conversation starter, Jason Wu is the brilliant designer behind Michelle Obama’s one shouldered gown she wore for the inaugural ball in 2009.
Wu has made a line for Target that is full of pleated skirts, blouses with Peter Pan collars, classy dresses and luxe-looking handbags and accessories. In an interview, Wu stated that his goal was not to duplicate anything from his main collection. “. "Instead I designed completely new clothes and accessories that reflect my taste and have a voice of their own." Everything in the creation is priced under $60. Everyone should be able to afford a piece of item from this collection because the price of his normal designs is probably half of your college tuition. I am going to pay target a visit as soon as I can because I am a huge fan of Wu’s work. His work is always flirty, sexy but at the same time classy.
If you are reading this post then I consider you a friend. And friends look out for each other. So I am telling you my friend that you should get a piece from this collection. It is amazingly affordable and everyone will admire it and you will feel beautiful in it because the line is classy and chic. You are welcome.
