Fashion News: Woman sues Zara after finding part of a rodent in the hem of her dress.

Fashion eew news: A woman is suing Zara after she found something in the hem of her dress that was not supposed to be there. Cailey Fiesel says that she bought a dress off the rack at Zara’s Greenwich, CT store in July and when she finally wore it to work a few weeks later, she noticed a “disturbingly pungent odor” and later noticed a loose string rubbing against her leg. She reached for it and felt an unusual bulge in the dress and that was when she realized the string was actually of a dead rodent.

According to her case, she developed a large rash that doctors diagnosed as a rodent born disease. She is suing for unspecified damages. A spokesperson for Zara told TMZ that “Zara USA is aware of the suit, and we are investigating the matter further. Zara USA has stringent health and safety standards, and we are committed to ensuring that all of our products meet these rigorous requirements”

Uuhhh rodents. Even when I see them underground in the NYC subway they are too close. I know two things for sure: this woman is going to get paid and I would hate to be in any Zara meeting at the moment. How do you settle something like this apart from negotiating payment?  Rodent minus rash?  I would request at least $10 million. Rodent, the smell and the rash? I’m suing for at least 20 mill. I’m talking about emotional damage and all that.  Perhaps it’s time to hit up the Zara rack
